SOCHI, Russia - The IOC says a Latvian hockey player has been expelled from the Sochi Olympics after failing a doping test. The International Olympic Committee says Vitalijs Pavlovs tested positive for the stimulant methylhexaneamine after Latvias loss to Canada in the quarterfinals. He is the fourth athlete to fail a drug test at the games. Earlier Saturday, the Ukrainian Olympic Committee said cross-country skier Marina Lisogor tested positive for the stimulant trimetazidine.
