RALEIGH, N.C. -- NC State quarterback Ryan Finley has received an additional season of eligibility by the NCAA.The university announced the NCAAs decision on Tuesday, making Finley a redshirt sophomore this season. He will have two more years of eligibility after this one.Finley redshirted at?Boise State?in 2013 and played in just three games for the Broncos last season before suffering a season-ending ankle injury.
