Lawrence Dallaglio said Dylan Hartley deserved his red card in Fridays Champions Cup clash and says he needs to have a look at himself.England captain Hartley was red carded for a swinging arm on Sean OBrien just six minutes after coming on as a second-half substitute for Mikey Haywood in Northamptons match against Leinster, a game the Saints went on to lose 37-10.Hartley now faces a hearing next week and inevitably a suspension and Dallaglio says he needs to spend some time re-assessing where his priorities lie.Without doubt its a red card, no question, Dallaglio said on BT Sport. Sean OBriens gone back into the changing room and hasnt been able to come back out for the rest of the game. Its an unnecessary challenge. Its a swinging arm and its reckless. It got what it deserved. When youre on the bench, you want to come on, youre frustrated and you want to make an impression but thats not the way to do it. Hes landed his side in a lot of trouble.Jim [Mallinder] has stuck by Dylan Hartley time and time again and its time for Dylan to go away and have a think about whats important to him. Hes kind of checked out of playing for Northampton this season. Hes been brilliant for England and according to Eddie Jones hes been a great leader for that group but hes sort of checked out of playing for his club.Ive been captain of England and I know what the pressures are like, its tough. But when you come back you need to give your guys a lift. You need to get the banter back, the spirits back and translate that confidence back to your club side. Every time thats been asked of him, hes not that done that.Hes just looked after number one. He needs to go away, have a look at his game and have a look at himself and come back as a Northampton Saints player. England bowler James Anderson has been training in India ahead of the second Test The talk going into the series was of India dominating and obviously its only one Test match, but I think weve put down a marker at least, he told Sky Sports News HQ. Four more Test matches is going to be hard work, but we want to continue that.We went into the series feeling fairly confident, fairly at ease with what was ahead of us and that has continued.dddddddddddd. The game in Rajkot reiterated those things. Joe Root was one of four centurions for England in the first Test It proved we have the skills to win the games out here. Its not going to be easy - five Tests in India, they have a lot of good players - but I think if we just keep it simple, doing what weve done so far, well be alright.Ansari, whose father is from Pakistan, is aware that his presence the national side alongside Moeen Ali, Adil Rashid and teenage opener Haseeb Hameed has a wider significance. As a collective as a group of four British Muslims ... thats really exciting and something were proud of, he added. Ansari is proud of the Muslim representation in the England side alongside Moeen Ali (L), Adil Rashid (R) and Haseeb Hameed A lot of people outside the group clearly care about that and value that a lot - and that is a good thing in our society.Ansari, citing his very privileged background as the Cambridge-educated son of two professors, does not feel of an aspiring class.I wouldnt hold myself up as a role-model - at least in that way, he said. I dont necessarily challenge norms in a particularly obvious way or even in a superficial way. So I wouldnt necessarily characterise myself as breaking down boundaries. But Moeen, Adil and Haseeb - all of them are doing a wonderful job representing, if they are representing, their communities.
